About me

I’m an animated, excited, and passionate person who takes tremendous pride in my work. I’m continuously working to improve my skillset, my relationships, my business, and my overall being. Being able to showcase people how I see them is magical to me; when that realization of “oh! That’s me!” is witnessed, it’s a feeling I’ll never tire of. So let’s do it together.

Born and raised in Okinawa, Japan, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world, experiencing diverse cultures, and developing a unique perspective that shapes my photography. My passion for capturing moments started with my very first photograph—an image of my cat, Stormy, where I caught the reflection in her eye. From that moment, I was hooked.

I served in the Army National Guard for 10 years as a tank mechanic, heavy equipment operator, and logistician across North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Utah, and Texas. That experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability—qualities I bring to every shoot.

In addition to photography, I’ve been a freelance model since 2008, which has given me valuable insight into helping people feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. My approach to editing isn’t bound by a single style; instead, I let the story and emotion behind each photo guide the final result—whether that’s cinematic, black and white, high-contrast, or something entirely unique.

My goal is to create images that are more than just photographs—they’re moments, emotions, and stories brought to life. Let’s capture something incredible together.

Who’s the bear?

I am so glad you asked! Meet Bloo. He’s a very well-traveled bear and tries to adventure as much as he can. He was given to me when I was in the hospital in 2008 and has been by my side since; including when I was deployed. He’s my favorite travel companion and loves to be in as many photos as he can.

Let’s create some magic ✨
